At our facility Climate Controlled means heated, cooled, dehumidified and air purified.
Storage insurance is not mandatory but it is highly recommended. We believe that if your items are worth storing they are worth insuring.
You have 24 hour access to your unit.
Yes, we have 2 sizes available;
- for vehicles up to 20 feet.
- for vehicles up to 40 feet.
You can book a unit one month in advance.
Two weeks minimum – if you are requesting prorated rent for a partial month, we require a month’s notice.
All sites have friendly, highly trained and dedicated Stow It team members available in store during normal business hours. We are happy to assist you with all you storage and moving needs.
The date that the contract is signed is your anniversary date.
Yes, late fees will be charged according to your lease agreement.
Avoid the Late Fees
- You may pay at the kiosk onsite – credit card payments may be prepaid up to 6 months in advance
- You may pay online by credit card or bank transfer by setting up an account
- You may preauthorize monthly automatic bank transfer or credit card payments by completing our PAP form or online.

- You may mail money orders
A valid driver’s license is required.
Video cameras and the automated gate key pad record all visitors to our site.
A minimum of one month is required.
Units with ceiling lights are 8′ and units without ceiling lights are 14′ at the peak.

Yes, we sell packing materials.
Yes, if requested they are sent one week prior to due date.
Yes, you may print or email your receipt if payment is made at the kiosk. If payment is made by another option, you may also request a receipt.
